Brett Field

Brett Field represents individuals and corporations in commercial litigation, insurance defense, corporate formation, commercial collections/creditor's rights and real estate and construction transactions and litigation.

Brett joined the firm in the fall of 2006 and has been involved with all aspects of civil trial work, including discovery, trial and post-verdict case handling. He is an experienced trial attorney with multiple cases taken through verdict. Brett has also handled numerous cases on appeal to Courts of Appeal throughout the State of Texas.

After law school, Brett honed his analytical skills through time spent in the appellate section of the Dallas County District Attorney's office. He previously owned and managed an insurance agency, providing him with great experience in problem-solving and "real world" exposure to the difficulties that often face businesses and individuals alike. Brett is also a licensed real estate agent who is actively engaged in the sale of residential properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

An extremely personable individual, Brett enjoys helping clients get through difficult legal situations and providing them with creative ways in which they can get through disputes and by setting up procedures in which they can avoid similar occurrences in the future. Brett was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He is married and has two young daughters and spends much of his free time coaching his daughters' athletic teams and volunteering at their school.
