Mark Stromberg

Mark Stromberg employs his analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve successful and cost-effective resolutions in complex legal disputes. His practice focuses on creditor's rights, bankruptcy (representing banks and other lending institutions, leasing companies and creditors), and complex commercial litigation.

Mark is acutely aware of his clients' needs to balance case outcomes with efficient use of resources. Creatively exploring the myriad of possible options for effective case resolution is one of his unique talents.

Civil litigation between individuals and businesses has also been a focus of Mark's practice. Analyzing pre-trial resolution options as well as effectively taking cases to trial, when necessary, Mark has zealously represented many clients over the past 22 years of his practice.

Mark founded Stromberg & Associates in 2001 after working with several law firms in North Texas during the first part of his legal career. In addition to his law practice, Mark plays soccer on several local amateur teams, coaches his son's soccer team, is an active member and lay leader at Temple Shalom in Dallas, and loves traveling with his wife and children.
