Mediations

Aric Stock

Aric Stock's extensive trial and litigation experience provides him with the background and perspective to help individuals, businesses and insurers reasonably resolve their disputes without going through the risk and cost of full-blown litigation and trial. Aric is an active advocate for settlement in mediation. He assists the parties in identifying the strengths, weaknesses, risks, benefits and costs of litigation, along with the advantages of exhausting settlement discussions before committing to trial. Aric mediates cases in a respectful, honest manner with an emphasis on a fair process to all.

Aric has quickly become known as one of the Dallas area’s “go to” mediators for complex, multi-party mediations with high-exposure personal injury and business disputes, as well as a mediator who will work with less complicated matters. He has been recommended by Ms. Carmen Mitchell, Mr. Kelly Crain, Mr. Jim Grau, Mr. Spencer Browne, Mr. William Toles and many other accomplished trial lawyers who see his experience and even-handedness a strong benefit to the mediation process.

With flexible times and Aric’s commitment to creatively exploring settlement, we invite you to contact our office to schedule your next full-day or partial-day mediation.
